We are Ebenezer and Cathy Nortey, married with three children and based in Reading.
Winnow Property Ltd, was founded, sparked by a light bulb moment of imagining a life without 9-5 routine pursuing our passion for property and the freedom it brings. Our goal is to find neglected properties in the North East of England and transform them into high-end affordable homes suitable for working families and professionals. One key aspect of our business strategy is to make a positive impact in the community by building relationships and working with local trade businesses and charitable organisations. This will enable us to generate employment prospects and improve the economic and social welfare of the area.
Ebenezer: Having worked in various roles for one of the major banks in the UK for the past decade, Ebenezer now serves as an Agile Delivery Manager for a major UK energy company. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, he will use his skills to source deals, oversee and coordinate all projects.
Cathy: With six years of experience as a Scientist in a UK government organisation, Cathy possesses unparalleled attention to detail. She will apply her creative and analytical skills to provide support in administration and property management.
